Refund Policy:
At ToolnestBD, we always try to give our customers the best service. If, for any reason, we cannot provide our
service for a big part of the month (50% or more), we will return a fair part of your payment.

When You Can Get a Refund:
• If there’s a major problem and you can’t use our service for a long time
• You may need to show proof (like screenshots or service issues)
• Refunds are only for the current or last subscription month
• It may take up to 7 working days to process your refund
• One-time purchases or fully delivered services are not refundable
“If your account is suspended because of suspicious activity or a violation of the subscription tools’ terms and conditions, you will
need to wait for the system to automatically resolve the issue. Please note that in such cases, no refund or replacement will be
